How do I sign up?
Please complete the short form on my homepage. I will then give you a call to discuss the goals you have provided me with on the form. Once we have agreed on the right approach for you, I will send you a questionnaire to complete and then finish the joining process. Once payment has been made, you will then have access to my WeDoFitness Coaching App where we will begin!
What is the cost?
I offer a variety of packages to help people thrive in their own personal journey. I ask for a minimum of a 3 month commitment. Complete our super short enquiry form on our homepage for us to contact you and discuss your individual goals. It only takes 2 minutes!
Can anyone join WeDoFitness Coaching?
Absolutely! We work with men and woman of all ages and fitness levels. We customise an approach to whatever level you are currently at, with no benchmark or fitness criteria to begin. Your journey is yours and yours alone, we are about moving you up a few levels from where you are currently at and going at your own pace.
Can I join from anywhere in the world?
For our Online Coaching Services, absolutely! We currently work with people from across the globe, as this service is carried out online and via our app, we can work with people in all locations and time zones.
Can I train from home?
Of course! We will create a personalised training plan suitable for your preferred location, whether that be in the gym or at home and also tailored to what equipment you have available. We will make sure it fits around your schedule and lifestyle.
What equipment do I need for home workouts?
It’s completely up to you. We will create a personalised training plan including as much, or as little equipment as you’d like. We would recommend investing in some basic weights and resistance bands to get the most from your training.
How often will we be in touch?
You will have access to my Mind Over MATTer App where you can message me anytime. We have a weekly check-in together where your progress is tracked, logged and monitored by Matt. The more detailed information you provide to us, the more we can help you to make the correct adjustments and achieve your goals.
I have quite a few dietary needs, can your nutrition plans work for me?
Yes absolutely! We cater to a wide range of dietary restrictions and preferences including vegetarians, vegans and coeliacs. When you sign up, you will complete a questionnaire detailing your dietary requirements and food preferences which I will use when creating your meal plans each time to ensure this is fully personalised for you.
How you you different to others?
Matt will always try to include meals and recipes that you will love! You will complete a questionnaire when you sign up where you can tell us the foods and meals you like to eat, as well as providing a food diary. Matt will use this as a base when creating your meal plan, although please remember that maintaining the same diet as you are used to may not always be possible, depending on your goals.
